Payment
Sessions are £75 for 50 minutes. Payment is by bank transfer before each session. The initial 15 minute consultation is free.
Cancellation
Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment and there is no charge. Inside 48 hours the full fee may apply, though judgement is always used where something genuinely unavoidable happens.
Availability
Sessions are by video only, on weekday evenings after 4pm. There is no availability on Fridays or at weekends.
Confidentiality
What you share is confidential, with the limited exceptions that apply to all therapists, primarily around risk of serious harm to you or someone else. These are explained fully before therapy begins.
Between sessions
This practice is not a crisis service and messages are not monitored continuously. Urgent support details are in the footer of every page.
Complaints
Please raise any concern directly in the first instance. You can also contact the BABCP, which holds the code of conduct this practice works to.
